Cheddar - 6 Weeks to 20 Years Old!!

We age all of our cheddar in our special cheese aging coolers. We have over 40,000 lbs. of aging cheddar at all times. Choose from mild cheddar (aged only a few weeks) all the way up to 20 year old Plaid! The older cheddar gets, the dryer and "sharper" it gets.
