Refund policy
Please keep in mind that food items are not returnable. With that said, we understand that occasionally packages will be damaged or excessively delayed in shipment. In these rare cases we will replace the product, give you store credit or refund your money. IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE, DO NOT DISCARD IT!! The shipper may wish to see the package. Try to keep the package in a cooler or refrigerator until it is inspected, picked up or you are instructed to discard it by us.
